Bigger bets preflop and on the flop would be good.
I'd like to know how you figure you have a "big draw". If I read it correctly you have the 2:nd flush draw with 3 of a suit on the board and one card to come (you also have 2 "set outs" which will compete a straight). If you feel you "have to callit" if you get raised here, well... you don't and you shouldn't.
