I ran the access query to see how often I flop sets and ran into a problem. Everything appears to work fine but the number of times I've had pocket pairs that the query shows does not match up with the number of pocket pairs pokertracker tells me I've had, each one is off somewhere between 1 and 5 instances or so. Anyone know why this could be?

I believe that the difference is that PT is telling you every time you have a pocket pair. Your query for trips on the flop is only counting those pocket pairs that made it to the flop. Sometimes you might raise with say KK and everyone folds. Or vice versa, you fold your 2s to some big reraise and never see the flop.
