and yes i should have raised more preflop with aces. It's just that i've been dealt KK and AA 4 times with everybody folding every single time to my raises so I thought i'd try something else.

Hand #1: let me just agree, with serious emphasis: if they are folding to most of your raises, raise with more hands, don't raise smaller with your big hands.

Raise any suited connector from anywhere. If they keep folding, then raise any suited one-gapper and any ace and any two broadway. Then add unsuited connectors and unsuited one-gappers. If they're still folding, raise any two cards!!

Minimum raising preflop with AA or KK is an absolute crime, under any circumstances.
