Pretty standard hand, there is a good chance you had the best hand. To specifcily answer your question against two crazy players you should be all in preflop every time here.

Looks fine. Against two players pushing like crazy, this is an automatic push IMO.

Sometimes on PS 2+2ers or other folks have contests to see who can make the biggest stack at NL 5, and they push in every hand for about ten minutes. It's nice when you can find it.
