Yeah, I thought you were running a little TOO hot initially.
I'll be very interested in the second book. I honestly found the short-stack strategy somewhat limiting, albeit effective. I just didn't like playing that tight and not being able to play the later streets.
What I really think I remember the most about it was the excellent advice for seating relative to the maniac in both short and deep stack--and how you use these positions strategically.
Also, Stone, there was a big rucous on 2+2 sometime around Xmas with a lot of high stakes players complaining about the Rolfing short-stacks. I thought it was kind of funny.
