I get KK in UTG+1 and raise it standard 5xbb +1 for 1 limper.
A guy reraises my KK preflop for another 4xbb

Returning to my Kings I just saw how they got autofolded

Yeah, you don't want to play KK out of position really, just fold it preflop. Now in position I think it is playable, and I might even raise it if I am on the button and it is folded to me (as a steal obviously, if I don't flop quads I am probably just check/folding).
