I think it depends on the strength of your hand, the call/CRAI would be mandatory with AA and the top of your range, while a push should be the best choice with your Axs and medium pair hands. I would say the worst hand I would even consider the call/crai with is JJ and AQs, and that's really stretching it. TT and AJs I would push every time.

what percentage of hands do you think he is open raising with from the CO/button? The full 24%?
How much is he open raising for ? 3bb?
Your stack is 20bb?
Lets say he open raises 24% of hands, all pairs, all aces suited broadway and the best of the double suited broadway card.
He will call with 55+ and AT+
He folds 62.5% of the time and when he calls you are a 54% favorite TT. so that is +EV
WIth AJ you are a 41% dog vs his range, so 62.5% of the time you win 4.5bbs and 37.5% of the time you lose 2bbs so that is still +2bb/hand The bigger his opening raise teh better it will be for you to push.

How many BBs do you sit with and how big is his raise?
