No real problem on hand 1. The thing is, it's going to be difficult to play on subsequent streets, although I honestly don't even put them on 2 pair here. If they have that, the real problem is that you don't normally want the board to pair. With the mini-bet, though, I read them normally (FR) as more like mediocre flush draw with maybe just a K or something like that.

Hand 2 I'm not so enthusiastic about the re-raise PF, but it has to be acceptable with that hand. I also like the probish bet if it isn't too terribly small relative to pot-size. Pot is something like 10.50, right? In that case, I think 7 is enough, and I like the push.
