I raise a limper to $25 with [Qd]. The button is an asian guy who is a dealer at MGM. Hes pretty bad. Bad as in he cold called a raise and reraise to $100 preflop with J2s not too long ago. Bad as in, last time I was in Vegas I got all in preflop for $700 with him AA vs AJ.

He rarely folds preflop and is horrible at value betting when he actually has a hand.

So he calls as well as 2 others.

Pot $100. Flop [8s][4s]. Checked to me, I check, Asian guy bets $60 and it folds to me. He has about $300 behind. Do you try to call him down? He can have as little as the bare , he can have bottom pair, he can have something like [6d]. Theres really way to put him on a hand. Thoughts?

he could easily be betting with almost nothing since it got checked to him.

If you can't put him on a hand here, raise him and see what happens, I can't see you having many problems with calling a shove either, if he had bare As you're good, if he has KX then you have outs etc.

I would put him on a K no kicker, also he could be just bluffing.

I called the $80. River was a brick. I checked. He checked behind with [Ah]. YIKES!

I got away relatively easy here i think.
