Not sure why a big enough 4 bet to find out if villain has AA would always turns KK into a bluff? It's just an info bet. Most of the time you would stack off KKvAA - if by betting an amount big enough here you can get enough info to get away from the hand if he has AA and you miss your set, when that happens you are saving half your stack or whatever.
That said if effective stacks are 175BB I guess a repop from 15 BB to 55BB might just leave the hands like AK, QQ and JJ live.
And I understand the pricing of the 4 bet - to make a set or fold call from another non AA/KK pair a mistake - but is it really that simple mathematically or in practice?
What's MK's plan if he meets a 5 bet?
If an Ace comes on the flop?
Or a QQJ flop of something similar?
