I wa sin the USA 25days ago and u can connect and play in Party POker. The cryptos suport said it wasnt allowed even to connect to their site from a US ip but i did it. I didnt play there but requested a big check with no problems.

If you really are keen on a particular site, you can always just spoof your IP address...
