OK I'm playing a medium variance game.... granted I've hit a few coolers, I'm pretty sure this is Palmans average day, but he would have dropped 23 buy ins before even.

OK I'm playing a high variance game... but I think near the point where it works out all good in the end.

Once my showdowns won evens out at 65% around 3k hands it will be all good. After the initial meh of 22:2 and 10:1 favorites getting skunked from all in on the turn on the river the 25's can't beat me.

I've never had running this bad from all in on the turn not damage my roll so little. I attribute it to the small pots between the suck outs.

Played with a butler from the same fleet that I work today. That was fun, he seems like a monkey, lets hope he comes to my ship.

Gots it all in with the best of it a bunch, a draw once and it all worked out for a decent win today. The 25NL six max is definitely not as juicy as I expected, the full ring is so much better. I'm thinking I might take a look at the PLO8 tomorrow and see if it is as good as I remember.

I've been shabazzled more than my fair share in 4:1 and greater situations, while only doing a mild amount of shabazzling myself lately, my stats are going to be ugly.

Started the day out missing two 15 outers for all the money, one time all in three ways... go me! Finished with a win by applying what would normally be a high variance strategy against a muppet destined to go broke. If he bet big he was on a draw, by big I mean over the pot. I decided to whack all the chips in with a piece of it. I lost some I won some by the time he had $88 he was broke in two more pots, once I had AA on a JJ4 double suited board and he had Q7 wrong suit, the other time top pair no kicker vs his flush draw. I hadn't gambled that much in a long time, was kind of fun to whack in a stack and see what happens.

In other news, I probably have the ugliest car of anyone at BTP http://rdalescell.blogspot.com/ If you wanna, help me name her, even a hoompty needs a name. I don't really need much of a car, the island is like 12.5x5.5 miles and the top speed limit is 40mph and I am at sea a majority of the time. I do need something to go grocery shopping, and while I'm at work my auntie can use it if she stays on island.

It appears as if the new undersea telecomunications cable from Guam is up and running, the island is getting much better internet service. The banks have ATM service and the my cell phone works again. I've never really witnessed such a cluster fuck of upgrading the datalines, as it shutdown most of the islands communications for 24 hours. Coupled with the power outages for no good reason, it was like Gilligans Island with whiskey, and Ginger and Maryann were more asian, and said things like, "Daddy buy me drink.", but other than that all the same.
