I have no idea what this low bet means, online it is usually someone begging to ba called. I didn't like the flop and the turn even less. I have no diamond and fold.

Either raise more preflop or limp reraise. Making it $10 in EP with KK in a live game is suicide. As long as we're talking about suicide, that flop was the Kevorkian of all flops.
