Not actually true...I moved up and down from FR, but then swtiched over to 6max. The first shot at 1/2 stuck...then I moved up to 2/4 pretty quickly after (5 weeks or so), stayed there for a month, and recently dropped down to 1/2 again...which is where I am now. I'll be going back to 2/4 at the end of this month perhaps. So, you were close

Take 5x, play 1 week or until you lose 5x...whichever comes first. If you go the week without losing, you need to be winning at least 3ptbb/100 to stay there...if not, drop down and try again in a couple more weeks.
