Raise more preflop - i ilke at least 4 BBs + 1 BB per extra player, and even more at a loose table or when out of position like in this hand. You are trying to reduce the players in the hand, ideally you want to be heads up, and your preflop raise only managed to get 1 person to fold.
As played, I lead the flop for a pot sized bet and fold to a raise. If called I re-evaluate on the turn, and probably check/fold to a decent turn bet.

make it $2.25 when raising from SB and have that many limpers.. especially if there are some loose callers that are limping...
i would def. lead flop and go from there..

I play bodog a lot and I only raise 5 to 6x just like you there. Most times I get one or 2 callers so I don't necessarily agree with a 9X raise there unless you want to insure you never have to play out the hand except against KK and maybe QQ or AK. I don't mind playing a big starting hand out if you can fold when you need to.

I like the line of leading out 3/4 pot, a raise defines his hand pretty well and you can fold, a call still leaves some question and you need to slow down, a fold wins you a nice sized pot here.

On almost any other site that raise would narrow the field to heads up or take it right there 90% of the time.
