For some reason this is bothering the crap outta me.

Folds to SB, who has a full stack and I cover. SB runs at 16/12. Whole table has been very nitty.

1. SB raises to $4, I call in the BB with [Tc].
2. Flop [6h][2s], pot $8. SB leads $6, hero......

My friend and I are arguing/discussing the best way to go about playing this hand, and we basically don't know. We both just split a cardrunners account, so I think that may be throwing us off a bit.

vs. a 16/12 in a blind battle, you fold. he won't give you credit 'cause it's BvB. and you HAVE to give him credit 'cause he's kind of a nit.

Ok, I agree fold is best.

One more question guys. On this type of board with overcards is it generally better to raise the flop and try to peel two off, or better to float?

I read somewhere I have a 25% to beat something like 99 with two more cards (I will check this later but not now), so I like that when I raise if I can't get a fold now. I am also not sure how often someone will double barrel a J/Q/K turn, which makes up like 1/4 the deck.

I do however, really like only losing $6 rather than $19 when I float rather than raise.
