well, 1k a month is something of an average salary where I live.. it might be even a tad bigger than that, so I can understand your reasoning...
i was thinking of setting like $50 a week on a separate account which is not much by any standards, but if I keep playing and winning even remotely as I am now, that might actually grow into something worthy in the end.. I don't have a goal which says Stop when you reach level 5 and live off of that.. I think I will (if successful) be stabbing at higher and higher games, but of course, I will have to see how far up can I actually go and then decide what to do... I was kind of thinking that if I screw up on say 2/4 and cant make a winning at that level, I will play 1/2 till my bankroll is at like 50 buyins for that game and then I will probably just take the cream off top every month if I keep making moneyz.. If not, well, I am kinda confident that NL100 won't be much tougher then NL50 is and there are some nice bucks lying there too so who knows, and if worse comes to worse, well, 1k a month isn't that bad at NL50.. I will probably add rakeback then and it will be a bit more than that... Personally, I don't think it will end like that.. me playing NL50 only and not getting to 1/2 or 2/4 or 5/10 that is..
