One donk limps UTG, so I limp with , Button limps to, and then SB raises to 23, UTG calls I call, and button calls. SB is a 22/12 guy and fairly aggressive

It is checked to me. I bet 60. SB is the only caller

Turn (218)
He checks, I bet 115, he calls

River (448)
He checks. I have 359 left, and check behind.

How badly did I mess it up. What do you put him on?

I would bet about $90 on the flop. I actually think the turn and river play is okay.

I think 80 is better, but it's splitting hairs...bet more on flop.

Turn/river is fine...after he calls turn, you just can't bet that river.

A 22/12 guy wouldn't raise KT OOP against a field of limpers.
(On the other hand a guy like me wouldn't play 8To for a raise)
So I am not really worried about KT

Since it is the raiser who called you down, it seems reasonable to bet the river when he checks. It doesn't really make sense for him to have a K here for several reasons:

KQ - Not a raising hand out of the SB
AK - Wouldn't have check/called the flop and would have either raised the turn or bet he river
KK - Seems passive to just check/call that dangerous flop and would rarely miss the opportunity to CR the turn

And checking the straight TWICE seems a bit too much.

He could very well have two-pair or a set and be willing to pay off your idiot straight. Say he had QQ and decided to slowplay or see a safe turn card. Then the turn card completed a straight which scared him and made him check/call. Makes sense.
