I have OTB and raise to $2. BB calls. Flop is : QJ6 rainbow
BB checks and I bet $4, BB calls
Turn: 4 completing rainbow ($12)
BB checks, I bet $9, BB calls
River: A
BB checks, I check behind

Cannot get more standard.
