Is this standard with such a big draw, or should I have played it differently?

I think it's pretty reasonable in this case. With deeper stacks I think you should call the second re-raise in many cases. Here, you raise because you want to force hands like 55xx, KTxx and maybe even TTxx to fold (which they all may do if opponent is reasonably tight/solid), as these have an amount of equity which would make folding them a "mistake" against your hands. Equally, getting it all-in against any of them is no big problem as you're somewhere in the vicinity of a cointoss against that hand.
