So, I'm playing lower limits than I'm rolled for to fix some tilty/leaky stuff. I built my bankroll by playing sngs before moving to NL25 fr then 6max, so I've not played much 10NL until the last 10Kish hands. That said, I'm like "wtf?" at a lot of the plays at 10NL as it is...
So, I can't really assume either blind is competent...but I'm supposed to do so until I learn otherwise, right? heh. Since it's my first orbit, have no reason to think I'm on an outright steal. So, I would give BB the benefit of the doubt and assume he has QQ+ or a big ace with his 3-bet. Now, SB flatted my raise then min4bet after BB's 3bet. OK, maybe I missed some pissing match between the blinds before I showed up? When the BB just calls the 4-bet I have to believe he doesn't have KK or AA. Which brings me back to the SB...tricky call with a big pair to the original raise? Then why would he min-raise the 3bet when he SHOULD know I'm gonna call as well?
Maybe too much thinking here for 10NL, but one of the things I'm working on is taking a little more time to think through the action before I continue with the hand. I've seen some stupid plays with big pairs preflop, but this situation is new to me.
So, you say you'd shove any ace...any pairs you would shove with here? (Besides AA/KK obv) Feel free to try to put either of them on a range of hands as well, lol.
