Well I have a general goal which is to get better - that said I do have a 'target hourly rate' that I like to see for the month to feel that I'm not wasting my time.
2-3 tabling this currently works out at about $40/hr (including RB/bonuses). I aim to move up to 3-4 tabling and get this up to $55 or so
I also have more specific goals (rather like the difference between strategy and tactics). In last 6 weeks I have made the following changes:
Buying in full stacked (>60BB)
Playing much longer (2-3 hr) sessions.
I have been working on raising more - much less/no limping in LP, mixing up limping from EP with premium hands rather than auto-limping them, autoraising from SB/BB HU with any playable hand.(I have got my PFR up by 4% this month to 13%).
Reviewed stats for starting hands by position and PFR (this was earlier today) - intend to drop Vp$iP from 29% to the 26% range
I am trying to watch 3x CR vids/week
I am concentrating on one site (Prima) and one level ($100 6 max) and making good notes on regulars. The fact that is get 50% RB helps as there is no point in bonus chasing elsewhere with such good RB (well apart from the monthly WH bonus but that takes 1.5hrs max)
I have dumped Tot. Aggro from my HUD and am now using W$WSF instead (such a great stat).
Get to grips with Holdem Manager beta - the next gen PT...

It becomes reliable faster than the showdown dedpendent stats and slower than the pre-flop ones - I'd start paying some attention with say 50 hands logged but would want 200-300 before I really feel it's getting locked in.
