Honestly I would probably check/fold.

I just don't see what I'm getting a fold from here except AK and (maybe) AQ.

Yeah I agree that check-folding the flop is the best move - but you said if you would bet you'd bet smaller, which I disagree with very much.

Well 90%+ of the time I'm not really worried about someone adapting to exploit me, so I'm just thinking all I fold is AK/AQ and would just bet like $25-30 as they'll fold to that anyways.

Obviously if you're playing good opponent you can't do that and I would bet the same every time I bet this flop.

Roy do you disagree simply because you're not looking at this one hand in isolation or do you think there's actually something wrong with my thought process of just folding out AQ/AK?
