I've never seen villain limp then cold-call two raises. Generally this would be with a pocket pair playing for set value, right?

After he called the flop I was lost. I felt like there's a huge chance I'm drawing to two outs, and then when the turn came, I might even be drawing dead. I might be against TT/JJ played really badly though.

In the hand, I c/c the turn, and c/f river (which was a J).

Yes, you don't know what hands you are ahead of here which is why you should check it down and not bloat the pot when the action is too weird.

I think you'll often end up being way ahead or way behind the guy who might have A9s or a set.
