Well just had a wonderful dinner that my wife rustled up. One of my favorite meats is goat and she did this up right although pretty simply.
2 lb goat
1 tbsp garam masala
1.5 tbsp curry
0.5 tbsp cumin
0.5 cup white wine
1/3 chopped white onion
3 stems green onion sliced
1/3 red bell pepper
1 tbsp garlic
0.5 tbsp thyme
half of a cinnamon stick
Combine all of this and cook on low heat on stove top (covered) for about 2 hours or so. About thirty minutes into cooking add about 1/4 cup worchester sauce, 1/4 cup water, another 1/4 cup wine and half cup or so of green olives and salt and pepper to taste.
We had it with rice, some fried, ripe platanos and a simple salad of red leaf lettuce, palm hearts and avocado with some balsamic vinegar.
Trust me this is some good shit.
