Tim is pretty sure that the guy has a big pair or AK / AQ

Roy is sure that limp reraising gives your hand away and that noto even a bad LAG would stack off preflop with JJ or AQ if Tim limp reraises from UTG.


Assuming both of these are true, reraising preflop (after nobody else called) would be dumb. The guy may not stack off preflop with JJ if Tim reraises, but he sure as hell WILL stack off on this flop with JJ as played. All Tim needs to do is avoid an ace flopping and then do what ever it takes to get all in which is what he did so I like it.
