You can call for 1/2BB if you like but you really need to be hitting the flop super hard.
A board like this with this many players in pre-flop is almost the archetypal time NOT to bluff - esp at these stakes..and a nine high one card flush if you hit doesn't really make it a semi-bluff - you could hit and be in even worse trouble..your outs aren't clean..
