Sauteed some broccoli rabe.

For the salmon I mixed a little olive oil with about 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard. I brushed this liberally on the fillet. Then I took some italian bread crumbs and added a generous amount of lemon & pepper seasoning to it. Pressed it lightly onto the mustarded fillet, and baked in a 400 degree oven for about 16 minutes.

YOU CAME UP WITH FETTUCCINE ALFREDO!?

As many of you may or may not know, there are several things that I cannot get here in AK that I do enjoy eating. Principal amongst them are decent bagels (as well as pizza, corned beef, and other assorted new york food). That having been said, I embarked on a mission to learn to make them, seeing as I cannot find any here.

Now that I have the basic technique down, I am going to be working on improving it. First thing up is both an egg wash and some rough kosher salt. That and working on making them more even, which should come with practice.

Dood as soon as you add a can of Alfredo sauce you lose any shot at healthy, though it does sound tasty.
