I definitely agree with the fit or fold on the flop part, particularly with the qualification you mentioned.
I'm just talking about opportunities where you can get it all in on a coinflip PF.
And I don't think 20% VPIP is too tight early. Most of the literature seems to recommend playing even tighter than that.
