Ugh. Lost $42 today. My good luck streak has ended.

I went on a downturn and was down about $60 from my recent high, but I managed to win it all back and a few dollars more.

2007 Totals: Playing + $114 plus bonus + $150.

It's been a couple of up and down days. I was down around $20 , but made it back and a few dollars more.

On the good side, I flopped quad 7s and slow played them to a nice win, and I once got quad 5s on the turn for another nice win.

On the bad side, I've have lots of bad luck, like an ace high flush losing to a straight flush and a set of queens losing to a royal flush on the river. Also many hands like AK against J8 with a flop of AJ8. I have top pair top kicker against bottom two pair. Of course I don't improve and lose. This type of hand happened at least 5 times today. Once I did improve though to trips and won, so I guess I should be thankful for that.

On another good note, I received my money from Neteller this week. It was in the thousands. I'm glad that I don't have to worry about that any more.

I won a little more money today. I would go on streaks winning a few dollars by having my good hands hold up and making flush draws, and them I would go on a bad streak and get beat on either the turn or the river about 5 times in a row, and often get reraised and call the raise when my opponent made his favorable card and I would call the raise and lose more money.

I did have one interesting good luck hand today, when I made a one outer on the river to win a pot. I had 2D 2H and my opponent had 3D 3H. The flop came 3C 2C 7C. Both my opponent and I had flopped sets and his set was higher. The turn was the 7D, and the river was the case 2S. I rivered quads to beat my opponent. Since I have been playing poker, I can only remember one other time that I hit a one outer on the river to win. My opponent made no comment in the chat nor did I and we went right on playing the next hand as if nothing unusual had happened.
