I raised small because I am worried about the unknown/utg, but I want it all in preflop with button. What does UTG have here? Should I push?

Facing a raise and a reraise, I would fold JJ easy decision. You shouldn't of even reraised. Looks like you tried the squeeze play and it didn't work. UTG showing strength and donkey could very well have a bigger pair again. Folding JJ is the correct play.
