I don't really like your limp with a half stack. Overpairs play really well with half-stacks to just a standard raise IMO.
I think you'll get looked up a lot shoving there, especially if there's a flush draw on the flop. I'd just stick it in.

Limp reraising isn't terrible if used properly, especially given your circumstances.
If you're playing short stacked, on an aggressive table, where players will shove/call you light, then by all means limp reraise.
