UTG raises $1, MP calls, I call $1

flop: [8s][Ks] $3.30

UTG bets $1.20, MP calls $1.20, I call $1.20 (planning to raise on safe turn)

turn:[7h] $7.90

UTG checks, MP bets $3.90, I raise to $12, MP pushes, I call


river:[2d]

Question:

Where do I get away from this? Should I reraise UTG PFR ? But would he have called anyway? Do I raise theflop and fold to a push? I thought raising the flop all sorts of one card FD's would push, so I thought waiting the turn for my equity to increase would be better. Little did I know that I was dead.

Reraise prefop (he most likely would not have called).

I'm fine with postflop.

So re-raising and UTG raise with AKs is OK? What about AKo? Consider the opponent your typical $20NL player or unknown. As I realize that thre are certain players you would re-raise w/AT.

So I should have made it about $5 with the extra caller?

What about AKo against "typical" opponents?
