i would seriously recommend watching some cardrunners videos. Watch the first 2 or 3 videos by Srugby. It will definetly help your game at this point I will garantee you that.

I have the day off which means a lot of errands and misc. stuff to take care of. I might play in a tourney if I can get a good block of time. I had planned on playing the BBJ tables at AP but some lucky table won that last night. The jackpot was the largest in internet poker history +800k I'm going to set my goal at 1k hands for today.
