Hand #2 c/c on the river is better.

Hand #3 checking the flop is horrible.

1) His flop check/call then turn min bet looked like a flush draw or really weak anyway, u had the right idea but only raising to $2 when the pot the was $6.50ish is nowhere near enough, u were giving him $1.50 to call his flush draw for a$6.50 pot. Raise More or fold.

2)Personally i would have have fired a second bullet at the turn, he did'nt raise ur flop bet so good chance he had no K and if he has a flush draw u giving him a free card by checking. If he calls that ur check/folding the river. The way the hand went though i would have check/folded the river.

3)I'm betting the flop there, second pair and flush draw. Betting the turn. If hes called both those i'm check/folding to that river card depending on the bet size i guess. His flop and turn calls are real bad too with the flush draw, he definitely should have raised the turn at least. Given the way he played the hand tho it kinda looked like he was on a flush draw too so i might have called the river as well? i dunno
