Tommy - it was all paid by the site this month (52% equivalent).

My wife is ill and needs to get some antibiotics from the doctor tomorrow, so we are back home and the kids are staying with the grandparents in the caravan for an extra day.

As a result I have played about 4 hours of $1/2 and am up just over $400 (+35% RB and some bonus) so that has been decent.

Overall (since I started the short-stack experiment at the end of July) I have put in 22,000 hands between the $100 and the £100 NL 6 max tables - mostly $100 and $200 and have run at just under 3PTBB/100 + RB/bonuses.

On my desktop I can 9 table iPoker without any issues but stick to 4 for Will Hill and 6 when on my laptop - as almost all my play is on the laptop this means my MT average is a pretty poor 4.1 or so.

I have this month settled on standard raises of 2.5BB pre-flop although with players who call too much and then are WT on flop or in position with decent pairs I may jack this up to 3.5-4 BB on occasion.

I tend to find that very few people are re-raising me light pre-flop so often it pays to get out of the way if you get one.

As for EP play I will limp-push premium hands (AK, AQs, pairs down to 99) a lot of the time if I have 10%+ raisers/blind steal 30%+ players behind. I am getting stricter dumping non-premium hands (eg KQ, small pairs) in EP.
I was running 22/11 but am now more like 18/10 currently.

Anyway I've been running at $64/hr for 4 tabling the $200's so far this month (11 hours) so go on holiday in a good mood.

Take care all...

I guess you're well versed on statistical probablility so I won't do anything with your numbers. This is cont. from Ice's site.

PokerEV

I'm going to post my current graph of 2200+ from FTP hands that are on PokerEV. These are hands that are not all in but I can post the all in if you need them. You seem to have the meaning of PokerEV down pat so you can save me a lot of time by giving me some guidance. BTW for some reason about $70 of profit didn't make it so it's no as ugly as it looks.

So Miller never limp-pushes?
And looks to get all in on the flop even in LP? Why raise so much with marginal hands that you lose the benefit of position?
I make most of my raises 2.5BB and only mostly in LP or blind battles.

I find that a 4.5BB continuation bet is more than enough to take down a 7BB pot or so - my shortstack DB shows over my last 5k hands that my 2.5BB PFR is enough to take the pot down pre-flop 50% of the time and I'm 70% W$WSF when my PFR is called and I fire a 4.5BB CB (I fire a CB or raise flop 77% of the time).

I know it runs at about 1PTBB/100 in full ring - but isn't Miller usually regarded as a losing 6 max strategy?

A large percentage of my profit comes from someone raising, me shoving all in and them folding. So you have to know how often people are raising and how often they do it from which position because you want to reraise all in as much as possible without getting called.

So against some guys I will reraise all in with KJs even if they raised from UTG and against other guys I will fold a hand as strong as 99 if they raised UTG.

Of course when you get called you want to win more than you lose so you cant go overboard with this reraising all in. If youre never getting called unless they have a monster then you arent reraising often enough. When they start calling you with KTs then you know you have them right where you want them.

Also, if they dont realize that you are adjusting your reraising ranges based on who raised and where they raised from (and most of them wont), as soon as you get called and you show T9s or 33, everyone else will start calling you extra light which is perfect.

I say all of that to say emphasize what I said about msot of the profit coming from you reraising and them folding. I dont think Millers system allows you to make all of that money.
