Nothing too special about tonights session... I got home late and started playing a lot later than usual. Finished up the session 1 buy in. Other than that nothing too special to report on the poker front.

Quick update:

Not a great night, hands either didn't hold or I got outflopped. Luckily towards the end of the session I had a blufftard sit to my right and I managed to take about 3/4 of a stack off him. Oveall I wound up down just shy of 2 buy in's.

Well last night's session was like what happen after you taxi to the top of the first drop on a rollercoaster.... Only without the gradual build up. I basically hit freefall very early on in the sessioni and just kep getting hammered. After a short while I found myself down about 2.5 buy ins. Somehow between a combination of indcuing some very nice river bluffs (if I do say so myself) and a nice suckout when I had a set of 8's on an 8,9,T board and got all in against JQ when the board paired 9's. I managed to finish up the session a little over a buy-in. Plus I also cleared another $10 in bonus $. Also my first time playing 4 tables, I usually 3 table.

Another roller coaster last night. I started off the session up a stack right off the bat when I called a PRF from what appeared to be a rather aggressive player when I had 99. Flop came out 554 villian pots and I call. Turn bricks villian pots again, I call. River is another 5 villian pots for what is basically the remainder of my stack minus a dollar. I put it all in and win. HH showed he had KQ.

Made a few dumb calldowns when I knew I was beat which is something I need to eliminate. All in all it was still a profitable session but only for a half stack.

Worst hand of the night though was when I was playing at a table with a guy who was constantly winning pots I g t involved with with him, he'll chase and call daown with all kinds of shit. I finally pick up a hand. I get AA and this guy limps I raise it 5x and another player calls. Flop is AxT with 2 hearts I villian checks I pot plaer folds and he calls. Turn is an offsuit Q. Theres about $10 in the pot and I have roughly $10 left. He checks and I shove he shows KJ and the board dosen't pair, and I lose another stack. It was just one of those tables I couldn't get anything going on.

Well was another one of those nights when I started off losing monster poits early on. 3 way All in on a K high board when I had AK vs KT vs KJ and a J hit the turn. AA getting cracked, blah, blah, blah.

KK lost on a 55X flop to a guy who had pocket 5's I probably overplayed that one pretty bad. Overall though no real interesting hands that really came up that come to mind. Even wit some of the crazy beats I took. I still managed to finish up 1.5 buy in's.

Meh what a shitty night.

First I decided to waste about 2 hours playing in a Stars rebuy tourney.

The figured I'd hop on Cake and have my sets get cracked
Here's one where I had TT http://cakepoker.com/HandHistory/?Hand= ... wM3Exsw%3d

This one was real enjoyable as well http://cakepoker.com/HandHistory/?Hand= ... wM3Exsw%3d

This was justa random gay hand. Seemed more like a FD to me. http://cakepoker.com/HandHistory/?Hand= ... wM3Exsw%3d

Only thing that made me a little profitable was this little gem (this was also against the same guy who cracked my set of tens. http://cakepoker.com/HandHistory/?Hand= ... wM3Exsw%3d

That's the nice thing about ring games, you can usually get a chance to bust someone who get's lucky against you in 1 or 2 hands.

Overall I wound up finsihing up a little over a half buy-in.

Alright last nights entry was late and didn't feel like typing much. Looking back I probably could've limited my loss to about 1 buy in. I had one hand where I had [As] [Jh] raised and got a call from the BB.

Flop came out [Ah] [h] [h] BB check raised me on the flop I shoved and he had something like [9h] [8h]. That was the 2nd tims someone flopped a flush on me last night. Not one of my better plays but I realized I was gambling there. Overall it was a pretty shitty night though, I was card dead the majority of the time and a lot of the hands I played either missed the flop or got run down by the river. Oh well tonight is another session.

It would appear variance hs reared it's ugly head dropped another 3.5 buy ins... I can't really contribute any big losses to bad play which I guess is good. Dropped a stack when I flopped a set of queens on a JxQ board. I potted the flop, got raised by the player behind me. I shoved and he tables 9To. Spiked a K on the turn and board didn't pair. Later at another table I had one guy that no matter what I did he beat me. Here's 2 examples http://cakepoker.com/HandHistory/?Hand= ... wM3Exsw%3d.

Another where I lost 3/4 of a stack http://cakepoker.com/HandHistory/?Hand= ... wM3Exsw%3d

Just riding the rollercoaster of variance at the moment.... Weeeee!
