Well, I filleted it, then cut the fillets into nice 6-8 ounce serving size pieces and vacuum sealed them individually. Most of the red fillets are whole, which are entirely too big for one meal (3-5 lb range).

So this will be the experimental fish, so to speak.

Since I started multi tabling stud again. Admittedly a small sample size, but I do not think this is unreasonable. I keep trying to tell people this, but few seem to listen.



My mt ratio is 2.3. I am trying to 2-3 table, but will 4 table if the circumstances are right. Roll is now a shade under 400, which means I will be moving up to 1/2 in a few dollars. I am moving up at 200 bb, partially because I am playing 2 tables at the new level and two at the level below it. I am going to push to 3/6 at 1200, then ride it till 3000 to start playing 5/10.

First 2/3 of the fish got back from the smoker. half smoked and half made into lox.



I need to get a mini chest freezer and soon.

For dinner I had lox and cream cheese on crackers.



Oh and I am running well running it up. 4 tabling 1/2 right now.

I think you'd need like 300,000 hands of stud to get anywhere near your true winrate.

And again those fish crackers look awesome!

Blah. Played a bunch of tourneys today, finished 17th out of 2600 in the 3r. Also played a few stud mtts and a couple 180 sngs. Thought it could have been a big night.

got down to 2 tables, blinds were 20k/40k with 4k antes, I had about 700k, sb had about 1.5 mill. I pick up 77 in the bb, he makes it 125k to go, I push, he has jj, I don't improve. GG me.
