Villain is Kingsofcards. We have played together a lot, and also met at TS a few times, talk on AIM, etc. We have mutual respect for each other's games. He is on a $100k heater. This means he is playing with confidence (more likely to hero call probably and more likely to make tough folds and more likely to turn a medium strength hand into a river CR bluff).
Bet the river? If so, how much? If raised, call or fold?

This is the 2nd huge hand you didnt 3 bet preflop. What gives?

Bet/call river. Your line looks super weak and is very underrepped. I think calling preflop is you getting a bit out of line/fancy for the sake of getting fancy.
