By using your format, I have the following which make up my $640 winnings from 6k hands @ $50NL;

$575 PP's
($127 sc's)
$48 osc's
$122.30 Ax

If nothing else, this post made me realise I overplay SC's.

Actually I have been thinking for a while that the biggest leak of "advanced players" is overplaying SC's. A lot, if not most, of them seem to think that 76s is an automatic call against a raise.

You are missing the importance of the blinds here.
You do not have the chance to only play those hands, as you will be forced to play blinds ith other hands as well.

You could check for how you are doing with your SCs when you are not in a blind, and actually chose to play those hands.

In other words, you are simplifying it. Usual trait for politicans, especially green ones.

screw advertising... I am playing 22/19 on NL100 and still dont get either called or paid off on my big hands most of the time.. only 4.5k hands so far though..I see players playing 15/8 at 6max winning bunch and getting called by crap and am starting thinking is this a better way in fact..

I'm amazed that that's the case shorthanded, although I've been convinced for a long time that these speculative hands FR make little sense.

However, I don't really consider SCs to be quite in that category. Are you routinely semi-bluffing hits on those? Also, I think they lose a lot of value shorthanded, as I think a multi-way pot is a big part of the key to their success--also the occasional raise and re-raise are interesting things to try if the time is right.
