I felt it coming

1 1/2 hour yesterday. Had a real run and started of hitting a flush against the dream villain.

I raise AKh in BB, villain who limped calls.

Flop is
TT8 (2 hears)

He calls my 30 bet

Turn is 5 which completes my flush, he calls my $80 bet.

River is Q.

I push my remaining 280, if he has boat Im going broke. He snapcalls with K8s lol.
Ship $800.

Continued by hitting sets like there was no tomorrow, didn't lose any big pots really.

1 1/2 hour, up +1200$.

Looking forward to some crazy weekend action at Ongame tonight, Fridays and Saturdays evenings there can get unbelievably good.

An ok session, was outdrawn some but kept hitting a LOT of sets. Many bad players out, feel like I should have made more than I did though. +$500 in 700 hands.

I raise QJ on button, MP limp called.
Q27 rainbow he check calls my $30 CB.
turn J for my 2 pair, I check because his call scares me a bit and I dont think he will call a turn bet with worse.
River blank, he leads $70, I call, he has 22.

I'm very happy with my play here obviously, -25 BB

2 hands later:
I raise [Qd] in MP to $20, BB calls (He is a good regular)
Flop:
AQ7 (AQ of hearts) I think, he checkraises my $45 bet to $100. I can't get away from this hand and don't want to give a flushdraw a cheap card so II push, he has 77 and takes it home.

Another 2 hands later:

MP minraise to $8, button calls, I call in BB with KQs.

KQ9 (rainbow). MP CB's $20, folds to me who checkraise to $80. MP pushes. I can't get away from it again and calls. He has TJs for the flopped nuts.

Another few hands later:
I am dealt QQ in BB, button raise to $20 (He raises from button constantly), I RR to $55, button $155 I push, he has KK.

Another few hands later:
Same spot with JJ vs QQ, but thankfully I only lose 40BB

-1600$ in 20 minutes. Fantastic

It doesn't bother me that much, I don't think there's much in my play I could have done different, the poker gods wanted to punish me today I guess.

Misery loves company . I try not to let a few individual session results get too me too much. I only want to look on results on a monthly basis and I'm pretty sure I'm going to turn it up to a positive month. Also I have my 1600 release bonus during this month, so it SHOULD be positive.

However I have been running bad'ish and not getting into many good situations the whole month so I thought a heater was about to hit. Obviously the heater got lost on the way and was replaced by an icy gust instead.

All you can do is try not letting it affect your decisionmaking (easier said than done). I know I have a tendency to get more passive and losing value because I'm looking for monsters under the bed.

Let's cut this now and start running better ok..
