Villan likes to call PFRs and is weak I had QQ in the previous hand and he miniraised PF and called my RR to $4.25 then folded on flop (with Ace on it)

I get [Jd] and raise to $3 and only he calls $3

This threw me off. He is a weak player.Was a fold weak. His range is A6, 22-AA, FD,89,45. It is wide now lets look at each. A FD I am way ahead and he may bet like this to fold me and take it down. Sets and overpairs which I am dead too may lead 3/4 pot or so and try to get me to raise and commit. This most like likley is a FD,Sd or a draw and a pair. Anybody push over this? Obviously we cannot call as it is push or fold? Against his possible range I am 68% pot equity.WWYD?

Well I pushed and a best expected to see a pair and a draw. He then flipped over 66 for middle set. he then typed in the chat bok " hahahaha can't believe you paid me, wow that was a bad call" i responded with " I didn't call" then a "well played"

Anyhoo I made a not that this guy will make huge overbets with nuts (or close).. I thought it was a poooosh i just wanted to see if any would lay down due to uncertainty.
