My image on this pokersite is lagtastic.

His flat call of the 3bet from oop seems suspicious. I'm losing to AA, KK, AKc, JJ, 99.
Is this a pretty normal fold with no history?

I'd say this is probably AQc as a best case scenario for you, with maybe TT but I don't think its very likely. I would fold here most of the time.

Also you are not losing to AKc.

Ugh...yeah I think I would fold here given no history and that you are a tiny bit deep. I would probably stack off with AA here, but I think KK and AA are a pretty good amount of his range here so QQ just isn't gonna cut it.

16/10/2 types don't seem likely to have AJ or TT in spots like this very often.

A couple things though...you are deeper than 100BBs so I would consider 3-betting a tiny bit more preflop (27-30) and bet the flop more like $40-$45.
