The last few days have gone pretty good for me. I am forcing myself to be more patient and wait for the big hands to show up...and I have been getting paid off with them.

Lost about $146 bucks today in a 1k hand session...Sucks but what can you do.

Skalansy graph say's I should have only lost $24 so I can say that I was happy with my play overall, just none of my big hands got any action or they lost after all the cards were out...

Bonus is that I only have to clear about 700 FPP's to get my 125 bonus from PS's

I had a pretty bad month as far as winnings go...I am down $367 or something like that...Playing NL50 6maax

I actually sat down the last couple of days at the 6max PLO 50 tables.

I have been playing at 8am after work and these guys are giving their money away...

I am up $160 bucks in about 300 hands. I have run pretty good, but they guys are very bad. A couple of decent multitablers, but I don't play marginal hands against them for the most part...

Well,

I have taken a break from NL 6max and I have been playing 6max PLO $50.


I have won just about all the money I have lost playing NLHE in the last month.

The idiots just give you their money...I have played about 2500 hands and I am up about 350 bucks...

I have only made 2 really bad calls during this time. I have had my share of bad beats and what not, but I am playing pretty good...

One note, I have been playing early morning so most of my competion is from Europe...I have found out that the evenings are much tougher as there is much more 3 betting.

I am seeing 45% of hands, but the morning games are a limp fest...and they pay you off when you hit...There are several good regulars, but I have notes as to who most of them are and I generally play bigger hands against them...

Not too many hands, but I am plugging along...

Broke 500 in winnings today at PLO. I am running at $13.54/100 hands over 3700 hands...
The way I am playing, I think this is sustainable over the long run...
At least at PLO50 where I do not get 3 bet out of pots too often

Today was a swingy day to say the least...

I got outdrawn quite a bit and bluffed a couple of times that didn't work.

I lost a $65 pot to a straight flush when I had the nut flush on the turn...Idiot got his straight flush on river...That sucked!!

I think that I am happy only down 40 bucks for the day...

I was in the process of playing to the blinds to finish the night off and I managed to win $160 in the span of about 5 hands...

Nice little uptick in my graph...

Played 800 hands today of PLO50 6max. I think I won about 4 bucks after it was all said and done...

Players just kept beating me on the river today. The other side of the variance swing I guess. I played on the positive side of the graph just about all of the hands. The most I was stuck for all day was about 16 bucks and the most I was up was about $120 at my high point.

One cool thing I guess is that I think I am going to make the Gold FPP level for the first time this month. With NLHE, I just couldn't play enough hands to make it.

I went back and looked at my graph, I think I have it backwards...I was only up 16bucks the whole session and I was down up to 120 at the lowest point...And I lost .40 cents that session

I am having fun with this...

3 Tabled PLO100 today for about 30 minutes after I got off work this morning...I am going to bed as soon as I finish updating my journal.

I worked from 4pm last night to 8am this morning. Brutal long shift, but it is hard to say no to $475 in overtime...

PLO update

I played about 130 hands and won $149.15

Most of my chips came in a hand where I got it in on the flop with top and bottom pair and I was open ended too....I filled up on the river to take the pot for about $105 from both the shortstacks.

The play is pretty similar from what I saw at the PLO50's as people were getting involved in big pots with poor hands. Seems juicy to me...

I think that I am going to win another $500-600 at PLO50 before I move to PLO100 6max.
