Well, I'd have to see how he was playing to make a definite decision. But if I viewed him as reasonably solid, I'd definitely fold on that board.
I'd expect a lot of possible hands from him: Set (KK is still way behind), small made flush (KK is still way behind), straight (KK is still way behind), naked Ah (which has 12 outs already, and more if it's something like AT with naked Ah, although I'm not sure JC calls a raise with that hand).
I will say it's a very unusual play for JC's actual hand. I suppose it has to be in there somewhere, too, but I'd probably discount that and indeed assume that an additional heart was an out a lot of the time.
