There was one guy last month I got all in with 7 times in one session and lost them all - he was never better than an 8% favorite vs me and was usually behind when the money went in. Some guys that just happens with.

The only 'luck' graph that matters in a month is the PokerEV graph for the full month - that tells you if you are running bad or just playing bad.

At $100 the rake is huge - just under 4PTBB/100, so if you have a 50% RB deal then the above PT stats show you making a winner at 1.8PTBB/100 or so - it isn't great but it isn't losing poker either.

Actual is -1.0ptbb/100
Equity adj. is 0.5ptbb/100
4400 hands.

Certainly no great shakes.

am running insanely good at $400 so far

Another 30 mins another $100..am running at $200/hr at $400 so far (just under 10 hours play) - obviously not sustainable but huge fun..

Well that's the weekend over...managed just over 5 hrs play at $400 NL and up $1160 + some RB..at 7.67PTBB/100

Of course I am running incredibly well but even my PokerEV adjusted stat is just under 3PTBB/100 which is pretty good for playing short at $400 6 max NL (I figure the maximum sustainable is probably 2 at best and anyhting over 1 is very solid).

Kenny - it's going so well at the moment that I'm not convinced about moving back up to 100BB stacks at all to be honest - that said it will mean that I have decent PT stats and notes on all the regulars at a level if I do choose to switch.

I forsee that, in the future, I might only buy up to full if there is a big donator sitting with a full stack.

Once isssue is that the family needs the cash at the moment so I am cashing down to $6k at the end of each month - that isn't enough for me to comfortably full stack the $400''s and I suspect my win rate in $/hr is better short at the $400's with 6-8 tables than 4x full stacking the $200's....

well I had to have a bad run sometime - the poker EV doesn't reflect the 4 times my AK pre-flop ran into KK or AA either..




and just as I thought I was having a bad night, Xast chips in to tell me about his $22k set over set loss

kinda puts a $500 loss in perspective..
