If I had A-Q in his shoes it's an easy fold and the re-raise to $225 gave me great info - only thing you shove with is A-K or 4-4; now if you "just called," it would be seem to me that you could easily be playing with a weaker Ace or a flush-draw/straight-draw.

He wont want to give up if the flush hits the turn. The pot is already huge and he has 10 outs to boat up and beat the flush. He'll call a significant bet on the turn (maybe including all in) even if the flush card hits.
Besides, hes not going to expect you to have a flush the way the hand played out anyway.
