Well, my last two sessions were -154 and -247 at Red Rock after a long winning streak so I decided to mix it up a litte and go play at the Wynn. I can only take $600 out of the ATM so the plan was to play 8-16 and when I got up a rack ($200) I would take a shot at $15-30 (since I don't want to sit at that with only $600)
So I get there at 9 pm and there is no friggin 15-30 going anyway and only 1 8-16 table with a mega list so I sit at 4-8. Limit poker is just dead.
I go down a rack in the first two orbits getting unlucky so I figure I'm stuck at 4-8 the rest of the night unless I go on a heater.
3 hours later I cash out down 243.
In 3 hours the ONLY pocket pairs I got was 4s (once), 7s (twice) and JJ one time - when I raised UTG and only BB called and then he C/F flop so whoooopie, $8 profit after rake and tip. Got AKs once, never got AQ but got AJ numerous times (that I lost with).
It wasn't all just bad cards, I made several thin turn and river calls against LAGtards that looked brilliant when I was right and awful when I was wrong - overall losing on them.
I bluff checkraised the turn on one hand and got three-bet which sucked. Some other hands I won't bore you with.
This is my first real downstretch at live play and I am pretty bummed. I was averaging $25/hour at 4-8 1/2 kill and $27/hour at 8-16 since Jan 1st and then here are my sessions since Oct 26 (these are all 4-8 1/2 kill).

Arghhhhh!!!!! Any words of wisdom? I want to move up to 15-30 but I can't tell if my game is stagnating or I am just getting unlucky. It is not like I'm drinking or tilting alot at the table. Arghhhh!!!!!!
edit: I forgot that the night wasn't all bad: BBV-style:
brag: I did get propositioned by a pretty hot hooker in the elevator on the way to my car
