First off wanted to mention didn't convert this hand to try and validate why i tried in the first place. My table image was solid tag 22 / 18 / 5 and this guy was a complete moron he's like 50 / 0 / 1 over 70 hands. He was attempting bluffs that were often caught, calling pot size bets on turn w/ gssd's and some other dumb stuff. (and now i'm guess you're gonna be tellin me why it was a bad spot)

you can see comments made from others throughout the hand so it was obvious how i'd been playing. After he smooth called it (thought he was fishing like always) i told myself i'm shoving the turn no matter what. I'm definately not checking (which might have been the right play?) and figured any bet i made i'd have to shove the riv (believe my stack on the turn was a few $$ under pot) regardless.

None of your bets look like they want to be called, so I'd be suspicious of them too.

I don't think there's ever a reason to play like this at $50 NL against calling stations. Just do it with AA/KK. With AQ, raise to a normal size preflop, CB it on most flops against most opponents, shut down with zip if your flop bet is called, and value bet the hell out of any top pair type hands you catch. Poker is really really simple, especially at $50 NL.

I sometimes find myself starting to 3bet light too much, make plays, etc, and have to reel it back in. There's just not much fold equity at our limits. Certainly not against someone you've already pegged as a donk. I keep telling myself as dull as it seems, I'm better off waiting for them to hand me their stack. If not them, the next loon will.

If you know a bad player is capable or willing to call you down with weak/bad drawing hands I would say its best to never bluff him so ya it's a bad spot.

To answer your question, these villains are basically UNBLUFFABLE...so save your chips.
