Villian #1 in EP makes it $2.5, I call with , Villian from the SB repops to $6, Villian #1 calls, so do I.

Pot $18 Flop is , check, check, I check.

Pot $18 Turn Villian #2 leads $7, Villian #1 calls. I raise to $27, Villian 2 pushs for $44 more Villain 1 folds. Hero folds

Not standard IMO. Villain surely can have KK/QQ but isn't AK or AA also likely. Without a read I wouldn't fold this.

Rhound, is this Bodog? Everybody at Bodog $50 NL who flops a set after raising preflop (let alone re-raising) checks the flop. It's pretty much a rule. Not to say other hands can't do it too, but at Bodog this doesn't count as "fancy": it's completely standard.
